Service Management Training - ITIL® and DevOps

We use our years of experience in IT Service Management to deliver practical and illustrative training. Our Peoplecert accredited training (all sold with a Peoplecert online examination) can lead to recognised qualifications in both ITIL® and DevOps, at all levels.

We also deliver bespoke, non-accredited, consultancy and coaching, typically in workshop format, that focuses  on specific client implementation requirements.

We can provide short, high-level, overviews of the two frameworks either tailored for senior management briefings or as general ITSM awareness sessions for  all staff in the organisation.

Both company directors and all trainers hold ITIL Expert certification.

ITIL ®

  ASM Global is accredited with PeopleCert to deliver accredited ITIL training with the associated examinations.  We are able to deliver our ITIL Foundation training in both classroom and online formats, and offer the exams in the same way. Regardless of type or material, our aim is to always provide the most effective focus on key learning objectives of the individuals and organisations we deliver to.

Building on our years of experience in IT Service Management, we also offer bespoke IT Service Management consultancy support both as focussed process & practice workshops and in specific tools eg BMC Remedy & Microsoft Systems centre.


DevOps

ASM Global is accredited by PeopleCert to deliver DevOps Foundation  training with examination. Delivery of the courses are face-to-face onsite at clients premises or online. The online examinations are later taken at the delegate's convenience.
